IBM Innovation camp is a very good initiative where I believe spending some time & guiding students in the right approaching process will be a great effort when you see in each student personal development results. Dr. Kinny Singh, District Magistrate West of Delhi, is making strides to connect job seekers with industry demands. Through an LOU with IBM SkillsBuild, a pilot program is underway, targeting 1000 students from various backgrounds. This program assesses its impact and adapts to the community's needs. Dr. Kinny Singh's goal is clear: "We want to bridge the gap between industry needs and job seekers' skills, boosting our district's economy." As the program progresses, there are plans to expand its reach, promising economic growth and opportunities for the local community. Dr. Kinny Singh's vision represents the potential of such collaborations, bringing hope to job seekers and industries in Delhi's West District.

CSRBOX Foundation has partnered with IBM SkillsBuild, a CSR initiative by IBM to enhance digital and technical skills of youth in India. Over 80% of engineers in India are unfit to take up any job in the current economy due to lack of crucial technical skills. The program aims at bridging this gap and make youth employable.

IBM SkillsBuild is in complete alignment with National Skill Development Mission and Digital India Mission. As a part of the program learners receive masterclasses and mentoring sessions from industry experts on their projects and topics at zero cost.

Each volunteer will do following activities :

Attend Program Orientation
Provide feedback on Project
Mentor-Mentee Meet with Program Students

Volunteer completion, each volunteer will get:

Participation certificate by CSRBOX and IBM Skillsbuild.
Social Media Promotion

• Confidentiality

Each user shall acknowledge and agree that any and all information derived during the course of this assignment in any form is "Confidential Information". All the information related to the user (like their names, photos taken during the session, etc.) everything will be kept confidential.

• Limitation of Liability

We can conduct an offline intervention in your academic institutions, you can reach us at our contact page and help us mobilize the learners to implement the IBM SkillsBuild program among students to develop essential 21st-century and Job readiness skills in learners.
For Partnerships, the parties would enter into this agreement in a spirit of mutual trust and intend that unforeseen matters on issues that arise, as the relationship evolves, will be resolved in a spirit of mutual understanding. If there is conflict at any moment, it shall be resolved in a peaceful and amicable manner.

• Financials

Since It's an IBM CSR initiative, all the benefits are non-financial in nature where there is no financial transaction or provisioning involved between users and IBM. CSRBOX shall cover all costs linked to session facilitation, workshop execution or offline intervention. No fees will be levied on users by CSRBOX.

• Communication and Reporting

The objective of this IBM SkillsBuild Program is to inculcate 21st Century Skills and engage various stakeholders in the process. CSRBOX can also provide users with timely reports and learning recommendations in phases, facilitating thorough monitoring and evaluation of the undertaken initiatives.

• Legal Aspect

This LOU is a statement of intent and does not create any legal obligations between the parties involved. The user hereby acknowledges that this initiative is a non-binding agreement and is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without penalty.

• Other terms and conditions

CSRBOX Foundation cannot utilize and transform the data of the users enrolled in the course without obtaining prior permission from the individual. The Parties are entering into this program in good faith and intentions.
