The Entrepreneurship Internship Program is designed to bring you experiential learning and develop an entrepreneurial mindset as you build and test your own business idea to create a valid business opportunity.

Students will learn a practical approach through an interactive learning environment, professional guidance from industry experts and working on real-time projects. With a right mixture of learning and mentoring, students will learn how to learn the basics needed to build a business model for your idea to pitch it and launch it. • Confidentiality

Each user shall acknowledge and agree that any and all information derived during the course of this assignment in any form is "Confidential Information". All the information related to the user (like their names, photos taken during the session, etc.) everything will be kept confidential.

• Limitation of Liability

We can conduct an offline intervention in your academic institutions, you can reach us at our contact page and help us mobilize the learners to implement the IBM SkillsBuild program among students to develop essential 21st-century and Job readiness skills in learners.
For Partnerships, the parties would enter into this agreement in a spirit of mutual trust and intend that unforeseen matters on issues that arise, as the relationship evolves, will be resolved in a spirit of mutual understanding. If there is conflict at any moment, it shall be resolved in a peaceful and amicable manner.

• Financials

Since It's an IBM CSR initiative, all the benefits are non-financial in nature where there is no financial transaction or provisioning involved between users and IBM. CSRBOX shall cover all costs linked to session facilitation, workshop execution or offline intervention. No fees will be levied on users by CSRBOX.

• Communication and Reporting

The objective of this IBM SkillsBuild Program is to inculcate 21st Century Skills and engage various stakeholders in the process. CSRBOX can also provide users with timely reports and learning recommendations in phases, facilitating thorough monitoring and evaluation of the undertaken initiatives.

• Legal Aspect

This LOU is a statement of intent and does not create any legal obligations between the parties involved. The user hereby acknowledges that this initiative is a non-binding agreement and is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without penalty.

• Other terms and conditions

CSRBOX Foundation cannot utilize and transform the data of the users enrolled in the course without obtaining prior permission from the individual. The Parties are entering into this program in good faith and intentions.
