IBM Innovation camp is a very good initiative where I believe spending some time & guiding students in the right approaching process will be a great effort when you see in each student personal development results. My batch was full of enthusiasm & eagerness to learn new ways & use them which encouraged me to teach.Being a mentor to identify & correct their gaps in generic skills & sharing my industrial knowledge to build a real need product was an achievement.Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

The overall experience was very much fulfilling, it felt great to collaborate with the team and help them through their project. The team were very much eager to learn and they were adapting things rapidly. CSR team responsive with quick actions while connecting me to the team. I had a great experience with IBM Innovation Camp and would like to contribute in future as well.

Dr. Kinny Singh, District Magistrate West of Delhi, is making strides to connect job seekers with industry demands. Through an LOU with IBM SkillsBuild, a pilot program is underway, targeting 1000 students from various backgrounds. This program assesses its impact and adapts to the community's needs. Dr. Kinny Singh's goal is clear: "We want to bridge the gap between industry needs and job seekers' skills, boosting our district's economy." As the program progresses, there are plans to expand its reach, promising economic growth and opportunities for the local community. Dr. Kinny Singh's vision represents the potential of such collaborations, bringing hope to job seekers and industries in Delhi's West District.

It’s has been a refreshing experience being part of this well-structured and organised skill building platform for students. It was rewarding to see students improving their data science and presentation skills with each session. The commitment from the organising team was also awesome!

Now with the help of skillsbuild platform, my students are developing new skills and to me skills development is a vital tool to empower students, to safeguard their future, and for their overall development. It is an important aspect that enhances employability in today’s globalization. Skills are as essential as one’s academic status. Education and skills should now go hand in hand. Our student’s IBM skillsbuild experience has been amazing. Students are truly grateful for it in the sense that they have the resources and the opportunity to go online and improve themselves.
